IC Members

The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act 2013 directs that it is mandatory for an employer (with employee count of ten or more) to constitute an Internal Complaints Committee (also called Internal Committee or IC).

In-keeping with the provisions of the Act, HRhelpdesk® Trust facilitates induction of IC members for organisations. If you meet the criteria as prescribed by the Act for an IC member, we will be happy to hear from you and facilitate the  induction of an IC member in your  organisation.

When you engage with IC members from HRhelpdesk Trust, not only do you get best in class support on how to build a conducive, Sexual Harassment free environment in your company, you also leverage the benefit of the vast repository of knowledge our IC members bring on the table, our IC member are not individuals with repository of knowledge, but are a collective group of individuals who share and engage in a continuous learning process so every IC member also remains updated with the latest and provides not only the best legal advise to an organisation, but also the best advise for the betterment of the culture.

The IC members of HRhelpdesk Trust would not only be providing guidance as a IC member, but are also actively involved in providing support on various learning and awareness interventions.

To learn more on how to engage an IC member please write to empower@hrhelpdesk.org or call +91 124-4007444.

We support organisations across the country through a group of like minded NGOs (and companies) who believe in the cause and will be a value add to the culture of the organisation engaging them.
